What is TRI® Comprehensive Reprogramming Therapy?

TRI® is an abbreviation for Comprehensive Reprogramming Therapy, a therapy model created by Anna Flores after working as a Coach and Trainer for several decades. In all that time he was able to observe that some tools used in his sessions did not have the same effect on all his clients and decided to analyze how he could improve his work so that more people could benefit from a quick and transformative process.

He began by adapting the techniques he applied in his sessions and ended up, in recent years, developing a new model of rapid and effective support, TRI®, which is a transformational therapy. Since 2023, Anna Flores has begun to prepare TRI® therapists who receive certification from the International TRI Association in accredited training with its endorsement as a guarantee.

So future clients can choose between several TRI® Certified Therapists who professionally practice Comprehensive Reprogramming Therapy® in different countries and cities in person or by videoconference. TRI® Objectives

The main objective of Comprehensive Reprogramming Therapy® is to help the client identify and overcome the obstacles and limitations that prevent them from living the life they want. The process consists of five sessions, each with a specific goal so that the client can get rid of negative emotional and behavioral patterns generated by past experiences.

Each session of the program in turn has a specific objective of the session, especially related to the temporal phases that we are going to deal with:

  • Deprogram automations from the past
  • Reschedule present limitations
  • Program the new desired future

During the program, the client releases his emotional burden and discovers his potential, while at the same time training to make the necessary changes and project his future. Sometimes knowing what we should do to improve our lives is not enough to motivate us to do it. Therefore, in each session the obstacles of the past are deactivated, allowing the client to "train" daily. That is, small routines are introduced that, when repeated, generate new emotional, mental and behavioral patterns.

Therefore, for someone interested in Integral Reprogramming Therapy®, a commitment to participate in the training and repeat the necessary practices is essential.

Why choose this therapeutic model?

All therapy is a process in which treatment is used to treat various physical and mental illnesses. However, nowadays it is also considered a personal work for inner evolution. The client who decides to start therapy commits to devoting time and energy to getting to know himself better and abandoning what does not benefit him, seeking to obtain what he wants.

In any therapeutic process, several sessions are carried out with the therapist, in which conversation, techniques and exercises are used so that the person overcomes their difficulties and becomes aware of their fears, doubts, insecurities or blockages. In this way, you gain an understanding of how those problems formed throughout your life.

Any therapy allows the person to know themselves better and understand that there are new ways to resolve their difficulties to lead a better life.

But TRI® goes much further: it seeks to improve both the client's emotional state and behaviors so that after a TRI® process they feel connected to themselves in a deeper and more positive way, therefore healthy and satisfying.

Therapy: Focuses on improving the client's emotional state and behaviors. The therapist not only asks, but can also advise and recommend. In addition, he is responsible for adapting the program according to the client's specific needs.

Reprogramming: focuses on deactivating negative automatisms generated by past emotional impacts and generating new healthy programs. Many times these automatisms are confused with identity, but in reality they can be easily changed.

Comprehensive: We work globally, integrating the client's three temporal dimensions so that negative experiences from the past or unfavorable projections of the future do not affect their current reality.

What are the keys to success?

The 3 phases of the TRI® process

  • Work with the client's unconscious, so that the emotional automatisms over which they believe they have no control are deactivated, because it is often confused with the identity or essence and we are not just our emotions
  • The evolutionary model of the 5 “E”, which ensures the evolution of the client
  • Work with the client's three temporal dimensions: past, present and future, which is why the client feels that his or her life has changed at the end of the session program.
  • Deactivate automatic and negative behavioral patterns that have been generated by lived experiences, due to great emotional impact or because they have been repeated, eliminating the traces that these events have left throughout their life
  • Unlearn negative emotional states because, like behaviors, they are learned unconsciously
  • Remove blocks from the past
  • Do not directly address limiting beliefs to obtain positive results more quickly and reliably
  • Optimize internal processes to change results
  • Eliminate the source of the problem when it is known
  • Promote a state full of internal resources
  • Customer involvement and commitment
  • Demand for action and repetition by the client
  • Duration of the process: 5 sessions
  • Duration of sessions, between 60 and 90 minutes
  • Frequency of sessions: biweekly
  • The first stage takes place in the first session, where a contract is signed between the therapist and the client. This agreement establishes the conditions of therapy and uses evaluation tools to understand the client's situation. This helps prepare the work for the following sessions.
  • The second stage lasts three sessions, the second, third and fourth sessions. In this stage, the automatisms generated by past experiences are deprogrammed, since these are what make the brain respond automatically and unconsciously and in addition to deprogramming those traces left by negative events, during these sessions, we work on reprogramming the present situation through personal training recommended by the therapist, which is carried out in parallel to the approach to programming the desired future.
  • The third stage is the closing phase, which occurs in the fifth session. In this stage, the new desired future that has led the client to seek therapy is established. This future implies the desire to have a deserved life and commit to it. After deprogramming the past and reprogramming the present, programming the future is carried out so that the client ends the process not only with healthy emotional management and beneficial behaviors for their satisfaction, but also with the necessary resources to evolve in their life with a better future. sense of control and leadership.

Who can benefit from a TRI® process?

TRI® is a therapy to generate deep and lasting changes in the life of any person to improve it.

However, TRI® does not treat physical ailments or mental health disorders, so the people for whom a TRI® process is very convenient are all those healthy people who want to manage their emotions in a positive way, transform patterns of behavior or remove specific blocks. It is also highly recommended for people who want to treat personality traits or develop new skills.

That is why a TRI® process can be very beneficial for:

  • Any healthy person who wants to solve problems related to their emotional state
  • Any healthy person who wants to eliminate blockages or fears
  • Any healthy person who wants to develop new skills
  • Any person who considers achieving a goal that depends entirely on themselves
  • Anyone who is not only focused on the whys of their current life but wants to transform it
  • Any person who is willing to train new behaviors and internal states until the creation of “new programs”
  • Any healthy person who wants to evolve

Things to keep in mind about TRI®

It is a discipline that not only takes into account the entire temporal extension of the person but also their physical, mental and emotional dimensions related to their identity.

Physical:
Not biological. It does not work with the functioning of the physical body. No pain or illness is treated.
It focuses on the internal physical sensations generated by experiences

Mental:
Not psychological. At TRI® we do not treat mental health. You work with automatic programs by changing the associated neural networks. Focuses on how certain thought patterns have generated emotional and behavioral programs that are not beneficial

Emotional:
From the emotions experienced that have originated the program. Not only from its knowledge, but from its transformation. Affecting internal sensations
