HOW TO RECEIVE THE TRI® INTERNATIONAL TRAINER ACCREDITATION?
The International TRI Association endorses the training of TRI® International Trainer and exhaustively monitors the necessary prerequisites to receive it. Our primary goal is to ensure that all those interested in becoming TRI® Certified Trainers meet the standards and guidelines established by our organization. To obtain this certification, it is mandatory to complete a rigorous training program and acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively practice this profession. In addition, it is required to maintain a constant level of updating, participating in continuing education courses and demonstrating a continuous commitment to professional development. We are committed to ensuring that our TRI® International Trainers are recognized internationally for their experience and competence in this field.
REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER FOR THE TRAINING COURSE
Before enrolling in TRI® International Trainer training, the requirements set by AITRI must be met in order to receive accreditation.
- Having obtained the accreditation of TRI® Certified Therapist which provides a solid foundation of theoretical and practical knowledge of the TRI® therapeutic model, as well as a deep understanding of the key principles and concepts of the application of Integral Reprogramming Therapy.
- Have completed Advanced Training endorsed by AITRI for a minimum total of 75 credits which complements the foundation acquired in the Essential by providing future TRI® Certified Trainers with specialized and updated training in specific areas that complement the TRI® as advanced intervention, support and professional improvement techniques. Both the selection of these courses and the instructors who teach them are carried out personally by Anna Flores, so that they are authentic complements that enrich Essential Training, completely aligned with the principles of the TRI®.
- Have one year of experience, at a minimum, practicing professionally as a TRI® Therapist
- Comply with the ethical and conduct standards established by the AITRI, defined in the Code of Ethics
All of these requirements ensure that applicants for TRI® International Trainer training have the knowledge, skills and competencies necessary to practice effectively and responsibly in the field of therapy and training.
TRI® INTERNATIONAL TRAINER CERTIFICATION
The formation of TRI® International Trainer is a program designed with the objective of developing influential communication skills in future coaches, so that they can teach courses that meet the quality standards established by the International TRI Association.
In this course, the concepts and techniques of TRI® are not addressed, both of which are integrated thanks to the Essential and Advanced training. Instead, the focus is on learning how to convey information, answer questions, and clarify doubts, among other skills.
However, the TRI® International Trainer certificate will not be awarded if certain additional requirements are not met:
- Attend live (in person or by videoconference) to 90% of the TRI® International Trainer hours
- Present to the AITRI the structure of a TRI® Certified Therapist course
- Receive supervision from Anna Flores of the first course taught by the future coach, as part of the evaluation process
